Remanufacturing                                    
MRC remanufactures and markets rebuilt crushers.  We have remanufactured a number of 5-1/2' Symons crushers, upgrading them  with enhancements from Innotech Solutions.  One of these enhancements, turbocharging, provides increased capacity (TPH) and improved particle shape.  Another includes modifications to permit the installation of a hydraulic tramp release, clearing, and adjustment system.  Most recently we rebuilt and shipped two 5-1/2' Symons crushers to Africa and are currently rebuilding a 66" Gyradisc and a 4-1/4' Standard Symons.  Click here to see a summary of the work performed on the 4-1/4' along with pictures.
